Dr. Brenton Armstrong joins HMU from New York University (NYU) where he completed his residency in Urology and General Surgery. At NYU, Dr. Armstrong served patients at the NYU Tisch Hospital, Bellevue Hospital Center and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center New York where he gained experience with robotic and minimally invasive surgery as well as male and female reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Armstrong contributed to a number of medical publications and text books and, as a Chief Resident, he was honored with an appointment to the American Urological Association's residents committee representing the New York Section.
Dr. Armstrong graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Armstrong, a Dallas native, is glad to return to his home state with his wife Amy and two dogs.
