Miguel Castillo APRN is a board certified nurse practitioner

For more than 20 years, Miguel Castillo APRN has provided patients with excellent, comprehensive care. Prior to joining our Houston urologists, Miguel spent four years practicing in the field of urology managing a wide range of acute and chronic cases. He enjoys acquiring new skills and learning new procedures that will help the men and women he treats. Our board certified nurse practitioner believes that a good provider-patient relationship is critical for building trust and for achieving good outcomes in the healthcare process. Patients can rely on Miguel for compassionate, professional care.

Miguel NP received his nursing education in Miami

Before he became a nurse practitioner, Miguel Castillo APRN earned his medical degree, specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, at the High Institute of Medical Sciences in Cuba. He completed his training as an RN at Miami Regional College and went on to earn his Master of Science degree in nursing on the family nurse practitioner track from Miami Regional College.

Miguel Castillo Santiago APRN grew up in Cuba and Florida. He enjoys playing the bass guitar and exercising. He also loves to write.
